Long term lets (6 month plus)
All lets are on assured short-hold tenancy basis and can be
between 6 to 12 months initially. Rents are charged per calendar
month and are payable by standing order.
Deposits and references are required.
Formal, written tenancy agreements are used, together with inventories,
signed and agreed by all parties at the start of the tenancy.
What a tenant pays for:
In addition to the rent, the tenant is responsible for paying:
Local Authority Council Tax (currently band A on all apartments),
electricity charges, water and sewerage charges, telephone, TV
licence.
We endeavour to provide the best possible service
to our tenants.
All apartments are spotlessly clean, well decorated and maintained.
If a problem arises, we will sort it out as promptly and efficiently
as possible, with minimum inconvenience to the tenant.
