Short-term lets (3 months minimum)

Dependent on availability, it is possible for corporate clients to rent apartments on a short-term basis. Short-term is usually classed as between 90 days and under 6 months. Short lets are often convenient for someone working temporarily in the area and seeking a comfortable base for a short period.

Short lets are more expensive than lets of 6 months or longer due to additional administrative and other costs incurred by the owner.

In the case of short-term lets, apartments are let fully equipped and furnished with:

•  full complement of cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery

•  TV with satellite and integrated DVD

•  Broadband computer access

A bedding pack is available at additional cost.

A weekly / fortnightly cleaning service is available at additional cost.

Monthly let charges include Local Authority Council Tax and TV licence but not utility costs; these are paid separately.
